JANSSEN RESIDENCE

Architects from the Macondo Corporation
designed this distinctive postmodern
home. Located on an extra wide lot, this
residence has 5,000 sq. ft. of space
spread out over four floors. An eclectic
variety of exterior treatments were
incorporated, including burnished concrete
block, cement board panels and a rain
screen façade. Topped with skylights and
an abundance of windows this residence is
filled with natural light. Located in
Wrigleyville this residence also features an
attached coach house with an indoor
basketball court.
